Kristen Bergman – Senior Partner
Kristen began her career working for a variety of small and large advertising and marketing firms in Northern and Southern California for over 10 years focusing primarily on account service, strategic planning and business development activities before launching her own firm in 1998. During this time she worked for clients in high technology, consumer products, fashion, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
In 1998 she began working with Cisco Systems and developed the global advertising sales program for Packet Magazine growing the end-user publication to over $1 Million in annual revenue. In 2000 Kristen helped launch Cisco’s C-level publication, iQ Magazine, and was instrumental in transitioning the magazine to reach the SMB market as the networking / communications industry shifted.
The consistent thread Kristen has seen through working with this breadth of clients is the need to integrate marketing communications activities throughout every aspect of the organization, and for the development of a strong brand identity. Kristen graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
Darren Fuqua – Chief Operating Officer
Darren received his BS in Cellular Biology from the University of Kansas. After graduation Darren worked as an analytical chemist for Merriam Merrill-Dow and Williams Pipeline where he quality assurance testing, performed research and managed laboratory operations. Later he moved to Williams Communications and worked in several areas including software quality assurance, IT recruiting, and various disciplines of human resources.
Darren has managed a variety of functions including Laboratory Operations, Software and Quality assurance, Technical Recruiting, Performance Management, and Human Resource Information Systems. Darren uses a fundamental understanding of business operations to successfully solve human resource and technology issues for clients.
Sean Griffin – Managing Partner
Sean is one of less than 50 people in the world with the powerful combined talent of graphic facilitator and business strategist. It is this combination of the artistic and linear, or “whole brain” thinking that allows Sean to truly reach diverse groups of people and uncover the unsaid. He is an intentional listener whose creative approach supports people and organizations to better understand, engage and act upon mission critical initiatives.
As a visual thinking entrepreneur and Internet pioneer, Sean founded one of the first interactive agencies and Web site development companies broadcasting original television content. He supports his select client base through business model development, visual communications, creativity, strategic planning, group dynamics, marketing, and “What Box” thinking.
Sean is a motivational speaker and author of the What Box?® series of books including What Box? — Out-of-the-Box Thinking for Career and Life, The Creativity Challenge, Arrows of Wisdom, and his most recent, The Seeker — Discovering and Living Your Life’s Purpose
Lou Ann Lissonnet – Partner
Lou Ann is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects, campaigns and events for many of Vizalution’s clients. She ensures that each project meets its every objective and does so with style and grace.
Lou Ann graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Broadcasting with an emphasis in Public Relations.
John Ha – Senior Consultant
John received his MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, John worked as a Pipeline Engineer for MAPCO, Inc. where he worked as a project manager on capital and maintenance projects along a major interstate pipeline system. As a result of a merger, he moved to The Williams Companies and worked in multiple areas including Engineering, Business Development, and Human Resources.
With over 14 years of solid technical and business experience, John has developed a strong background in project management. He has also developed a diverse background in Engineering, Business Development, Financial Analysis and Planning, and Human Resources. John`s keen analytical skills coupled with an instinctive awareness of the “big picture” provide our clients with creative solutions to complex business challenges.
Kent Williams – Senior Consultant
Kent received his BS in Education from Kansas State University. After graduation Kent worked as an HR Coordinator at Tenneco, Inc., and as an HR Representative for Sperry Univac. He then spent 21 years at the Williams Companies in a variety of HR leadership positions.
Kent has over 30 years of progressive human resource management experience including Staffing and Workforce Planning, Benefits, Training and Organizational Development, Talent Management, Diversity Strategy, Employee Relations, HR Policy, and Employment Law and Compliance.
Kent is active in several professional and community organizations including SHRM, TAHRA and The Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce. He is a regular speaker at national conferences on HR-related topics. His broad experience and working knowledge of how people impact an organization provides our clients with insight and solutions linked to strategic business challenges.
Ozwald, the Handsome Devil-Boy
Ozwald is the Vizalution mascot and official door greeter. Be prepared to be sniffed and licked by this 75+ pound bull terrier. Ozwald is nothing if not generous with his love.
