Tulsa Entrepreneurial Spirit Award
We started Mayor Kathy Taylor’s Tulsa Entrepreneurial Spirit Award in 2006 to motivate an increase in entrepreneurial endeavors in Tulsa. This is a seven month business model competition that provides coaching and mentorship to entrepreneurs along the way. The award process has been designed to increase the promotion of community resources available to support entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses.
We believe that investing in the business leaders of today and tomorrow is vital for Tulsa’s long term sustainability, and that entrepreneurs are the heroes of our time.
